Ocon is to build a £34m student accommodation scheme for the University of Liverpool. Designed by architects Stride Treglown, the Vine Court scheme, will be built as two horseshoe buildings and is being claimed as the most sustainable in the UK with solar thermal heating, air source heat pumps and LED lighting.
