Firms will deliver two reservoirs among other projects over next 15 years
ٰ쾱Բé, Mace and Turner & Townsend have been appointed in joint venture to deliver Anglian Water’s capital investment programme for the next 15 years.
The trio will be Anglian Water’s programme delivery partner after a £1bn agreement, which will last until the end of the utility company’s Asset Management Period 10 in 2040.
Anglian Water’s Asset Management Period 8, which is worth £11bn, formally began in April and will continue until 2030.
Work done by the partnership will include major projects including two new reservoirs, in the Fens and Lincolnshire.
According to the water firm, it is the biggest delivery partner contract in UK infrastructure at present.

Jason Tucker, director of commercial operations for Anglian Water, said: “We’ve put collaboration at the heart of our delivery strategy for more than twenty years, through our industry-leading alliancing models.”
He said the new strategic partnership was “a hugely exciting new phase for this approach”.
