Invicta sues Ibex for Β£200k over Β£16m headquarters for Schroders
Two companies are embroiled in a Β£200,000 legal battle over a Β£16m project to build a 10-storey headquarters for Schroders in Gresham Street in the City of London.
A dispute arose between Invicta and Ibex, and they called in adjudicator Robert Sliwinski to decide the issues. The dispute centred around the omission of a BMS system from the scope of works, the provision of the mechanical system, and the valuation of variations in the Β£1.4m contract, the writ says.
Mr Sliwinki awarded Invicta a total of Β£201,464.43 but Ibex has not paid. Now Invicta is suing Ibex for the money, as well as interest of Β£57.95 a day.
