A2 Dominion says new arrival will include damp and mould in brief
Housing association A2Dominion has appointed Andrew Warner its first ever chief repairs officer.
The firm said the newly created role will focus exclusively on the strategy, delivery and performance of A2Dominion’s repairs and maintenance services, including damp and mould. It added: “This will help to ensure their residents live in safe, high-quality homes.”
Warner joins from affordable housing firm the Guinness Partnership, having led its subsidiary Shepherds Bush Housing Association into a merger with Guinness.
A2Dominion chief executive Ian Wardle said: “The creation of the new Chief Repairs Officer role shows our commitment to and focus on improving our day-to-day repairs and maintenance service.”
The firm manages over 38,000 homes across London and southern England.
