Alexandra Conway appointed to new role at 拢70m-turnover Kier Property

Kier has appointed Alexandra Conway as managing director of its residential investment and development company.

Conway, who has worked as a development manager at Kier Property since 2019, has now stepped into the new role.

Kier Property, which doubled its turnover to 拢71m in the year to 30 June, invests in and develops residential and mixed-use commercial schemes across the UK, largely through joint ventures. A spokesperson said the business has an 鈥渙pportunity pipeline鈥� worth 拢3bn in gross development value.

Conway (pictured) has expertise in structuring and delivering complex housing and mixed-use projects, which have delivered economic, environmental and social value to local communities.

In her new role, she will assume responsibility for its private sector residential joint ventures.
