Alexandra Conway appointed to new role at £70m-turnover Kier Property

Kier has appointed Alexandra Conway as managing director of its residential investment and development company.

Conway, who has worked as a development manager at Kier Property since 2019, has now stepped into the new role.

Kier Property, which doubled its turnover to £71m in the year to 30 June, invests in and develops residential and mixed-use commercial schemes across the UK, largely through joint ventures. A spokesperson said the business has an “opportunity pipeline” worth £3bn in gross development value.

Conway (pictured) has expertise in structuring and delivering complex housing and mixed-use projects, which have delivered economic, environmental and social value to local communities.

In her new role, she will assume responsibility for its private sector residential joint ventures.

“Her leadership in structuring and delivering complex joint ventures has been instrumental in strengthening our divisional position and I am confident she will continue to build on this success in her new role.”
