Now we are shining the spotlight on each category in turn and publishing a selection of the images that impressed the judges.

Cast Consultancy

Its collaborative, people-first ethos underpins high-performance delivery and client satisfaction. Operating across 19 countries, Churchill supports the full data centre lifecycle with intelligent, trusted consultancy.
Circle Development
In 2024, Circle supported the delivery of more than 1,500 homes, nearly 1,000 units of purpose-build student accommodation, and 500,000ftΒ² of office space, while securing 20 new projects and 10 new clients.
Staff numbers grew by 30%, with continued investment in RICS qualifications and leadership expansion. Circle remains committed to sustainability, innovation and collaboration, with a growing presence in the carbon and co-living sectors.
Looking to 2025, the team aims to maintain high standards, embrace new regulations, and deliver impactful projects that shape better communities.

Coreus Group
In 2024, Coreus marked its sixth anniversary with 30% team growth, two new offices and three new service lines, while turnover rose 176% in three years.

MESH Construction Consultancy
MESH Construction Consultancy continues to make a big impact, achieving 15% fee income growth and 82% repeat business.
Specialising in healthcare – now 60% of its portfolio – MESH supports NHS and private clients on critical infrastructure. Its agile, people-focused culture drives strong client and staff retention, underpinned by training and cross-sector expertise.
With plans to double in size and open a new office within five years, MESH remains committed to trusted delivery, sector leadership and creating long-term value for clients and communities.
Plan A Consultants
This year marked major progress for Plan A, with a leadership transition, move to an employee ownership trust structure, and strong, 25% turnover growth.
Expanding across the Middle East and Europe, the team supported in architects navigating new markets and contracts. Training and innovation were central, including AI adoption, technical development and DEI focus. Over 60% of work came from repeat clients.
Sustainability efforts cut energy use by 30%, with B Corp certification in progress. Plan A also champions inclusive routes into construction and strong community partnerships.
Pulse Consult
Pulse Consult is a purpose-driven consultancy delivering complex, high-impact projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, heritage and residential sectors. With a 75-strong team and new European hub in Switzerland, it combines technical precision with collaborative leadership.
Highlights include landmark schemes such as Mansfield CDC and The Cube in Canary Wharf, while more than 85% of work comes from repeat clients, backed by a 9.8/10 satisfaction score.
Pulse champions sustainability and inclusion, with significant carbon reductions and a growing, diverse team. Its values-led approach underpins its continued success and strategic growth.
Quartz Project Services
Quartz Project Services is a values-led consultancy delivering tailored, high-quality outcomes across a dynamic construction landscape.
With under 100 staff and an employee ownership trust model, Quartz fosters accountability, innovation and client trust – reflected in 85% repeat or referral business in 2024. Its bespoke reporting, early-stage cost planning and ESG integration add real value.
Sustainability is embedded, with carbon neutrality achieved and a pathway to net zero under way. The Quartz Academy supports talent development, while cross-sector expertise drives collaborative, future-focused project delivery.
RLB Digital
RLB Digital is a leading consultancy driving digital transformation in the built environment through client-focused, innovative solutions.
With 80% female leadership, it champions diversity and inspires future industry professionals through mentoring and graduate development.
Its information management innovation aligns with ISO 19650 standards, transforming data-handling and streamlining project delivery.
Recognised for industry leadership, RLB Digital’s experts shape national standards and best practice. Recent success includes safeguarding critical data during a complex software migration, proving its adaptability and long-term value to clients across multiple sectors.
XCO2
XCO2 is a growing engineering and environmental consultancy with more than 80 staff across London and Singapore, delivering sustainable design from community buildings to masterplans.
The firm leads on circular reuse, AI-driven energy modeling, and staff development via the XCO2 Academy.
