The pod has landed: Work has started on this 拢1.4m retail scheme in Kingston upon Hull. Designed by architect Corstorphine & Wright and known as the Pod, it forms part of the Junction retail park being developed by Capital & Regional and Morley Fund Management. The scheme is due to be completed by spring of next year. Contractor is Jarvis Newman and structural engineer is Paul Owen & Associates.
