Contractor to build five-storey scheme in Glasgow
Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to build a 拢24m office development in Dalmarnock, Glasgow.
The project will entail construction of a 120,00ft2 of grade A office space across five floors.
The scheme has been supported by 拢16m of funding from the Scottish government as a way to kick start growth of a national business district within the Clyde gateway development area.
Eddie Carr, area director at Morgan Sindall, said the Clyde Gateway was an 鈥渁mbitious project鈥� and key to 鈥渇uture prosperity鈥� of the area.
He added: 鈥淭here is a desire for high-quality and well-connected office space in the area and the new development, with its riverside location will no doubt attract further investment to the business district.鈥�
The project is due to complete in October 2014.
