National contractors and local builders appointed to initiative
Caddick, Esh and Lovell are among 22 firms awarded a place on Prosper鈥檚 New Build Development Framework, which covers the whole of England and Wales.
The four-year multi-supplier framework, launched this week has been developed with landlord partners, believe housing, Gentoo and Karbon Home.
The framework, which covers 12 lots across 10 regions, is mainly for new build residential but Prosper said will also cover commercial, health and education work.
It will be for new-build residential developments, as well as refurbishment and renovations and extensions of commercial and civic buildings.
Others on the framework include Adderstone Living and Rosslee Construction.
