Just the ticket: This month, London Underground will apply for planning permission to build an enlarged station at Camden Town. The designs, by architect Jestico + Whiles, will include open space in the form of a pedestrian street splitting the site. The station’s ticket hall is to have office space above it, and the northern end of the site will contain four blocks of residential flats. Two of these will include social housing.
