ECD Architects has won planning permission for a £11m, 192-home scheme in the Coopers Road Estate in Southwark, South London. The scheme, for joint client the Peabody Trust and Southwark Housing, mixes three-storey houses and four-storey apartment blocks grouped around communal gardens. The project team includes structural engineer Price and Myers, services engineer Max Fordham, landscape architect Jenny Coe and QS BPP.
