Chelsea Bridge Wharf is a development of 608 apartments designed by architect Scott Brownrigg + Turner in south-west London. This mixed-use scheme also includes 6500 m2 of office space and a 230-room hotel. The first phase of the development is valued at £60m. Housebuilder for the apartments is Berkeley Homes, structural and civil engineer is Whitby Bird & Partners, mechanical engineer is Wallace Whittle, and highways engineer is Halcrow Fox.
