More than 1,000 readers responded to the poll, 68% of them in favour of Terry鈥檚 design. Thirty-two per cent supported the plans drawn up by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

Rogers was originally commissioned to masterplan the 拢1bn scheme and design its residential elements on Chelsea Bridge Road, west London. These include 319 luxury apartments and the same number of affordable ones.
