Artists Ben Langlands and Nicky Bell have designed a footbridge for the Paddington Basin redevelopment. The artists have worked with structural engineer Atelier One on the scheme, which will be considered by Westminster council next week. The 3 m-wide bridge, next to the Orange headquarters, will stretch across one of the canals at the development. Work is due to start on the project in March.
