Bare-faced chic: Developer Chelsfield has completed a speculative office development called Skysuite at Albert Embankment, central London. The 600 m2 scheme, designed by minimalist architect John Pawson, forms the top two floors of the 18-storey block. The project team on the scheme includes QS Jackson Coles, contractor Sames, M&E engineer Troup Bywaters + Anders and structural engineer Waterman Partnership.
