Merritt Design Partnership, in association with Emmerson Architects, has received planning consent from Hackney council for a mixed-use scheme in Shoreditch, next to Hoxton station on the future East London line extension. The scheme will include 98 residential units and 5778 m2 of floor space for offices. Hackney council has also requested 30% affordable housing as part of the development. Planning consultant was Howard Sharp & Partners.
