I was less than impressed with your wild editing of my letter to make a politically correct point (7 November, page 35).
I am aware that some political bias is inevitable but since the context of my letter was to point out the basis for agreements between contracting parties, baldly restating the Treasury's position on retention should not bear the imprimatur of my authorship.
