This week鈥檚 #buildingdoodle sketch is by Calderpeel Architects鈥� managing director Ewen Miller.

It was an idea for the International Architectural Treehouse Design Awards, the brief of which was to design a treehouse retreat for a busy, urban professional couple to relax in. The design takes inspiration from the lifecycle of pine cones and includes observation areas to enjoy the structure鈥檚 woodland surroundings.
